We have Opening for Zonal Sales Lead with Leading NBFC

Job Role :
- Will be in charge of assuring business, developing a quality portfolio, staying under Opex including risk costs, and overseeing the zone's overall profitability by having a comprehensive understanding of the organisation and the sector.
- Supervising and mentoring the field teams and working with all internal and external partners for the good of the company as a whole.
- Manage lead generation, credit evaluation, loan disbursement, and client satisfaction.
- Work on early warning systems proactively to identify and resolve fraud, baby defaults, and skip signals.
- Ensuring rigorous adherence to rules, SOPs, and compliance requirements, as well as quality standards.
- Staying connected to the market and obtaining information about shifts in the company ecosystem, demands and comments from customers, rivals, and essential recommendations for the supervisors.
- Oversee the portfolio of collections, making sure that audit and compliance guidelines are strictly followed.
- Keep an eye on and address delinquencies while guaranteeing that the triggers for delinquency control are consistently met.
- Hire and oversee collection agencies, making sure that payments are made on schedule and that internal teams are coordinated.
- Examine the behaviour of the portfolio and recommend any improvements that are needed to reduce risk.
- EBITDA/working capital management through timely collection, monthly dealer/customer reconciliation, network coverage and model mix generation, as well as product awareness and customer perspective comprehension.
- Oversee and inspire a group of field collectors, territory recovery managers, and location recovery heads.
- Offer team members direction, assistance, and training to guarantee they produce the best results possible.
- Establish goals for internal and agency channels, making sure they line up with the objectives of the company.
- Monitor team performance through one-on-one reviews; identify underperformers; and put improvement action plans into action.
- To assist with sales and collection operations, cultivate and preserve positive relationships with dealers and other stakeholders.
