Zonal Head - North (Fintech - Supply Chain Finance)
Job Responsibilities:
- Enable organization as a distinct TReDS/SCF leader by market share in North Zone.
- Develop 3-year business plan and Annual Operating Plan for the zone.
- Manage the PnL of North Zone for the organization as per Bplan and AOP.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry developments
- Works closely with national business head for market intelligence regarding Factoring, Trade Finance Products, competitors, and related activity; Identify new digital trends.
- Build, lead and motivate a high-performance team of Regional Heads/ Team Leads, as required; Overall sales team of 20+ Corporate Relationship Managers (CRMs) and Associate Relationship Managers (ARMs).
- Institutionalize robust sales processes among the sales team in the zone including key account management, adoption of digital platform, seamless coordination with the banking team etc.
- Optimize Team productivity through monitoring of functional KPIs (e.g. No. of customer visits, Onboardings, Activations, Throughput etc.). Analyze Data to bring efficiency in team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with the team to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training where necessary.
- Enable regular engagement of key clients to understand ensure highest form of customer delight, relationship building, retention and growth.
- Develop and manage key partnerships in the zone to achieve throughout and revenue targets and increase market share.
- Collaborate with other departments such as banking, MSME, Operations, marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Coaching of team to identify Cross Sales and Up-sell opportunities and continuously train the team members.
- Responsible for planning, implementation, and monitoring business targets.
- To undertake regular portfolio reviews to understand portfolio growth.
- Design periodic incentive and recognition plans for the team.
- Continuously work on process improvement through digitization and identify and implement digital solutions for effective delivery.
- To analyze and provide relevant feedback on competitor products and service.
- Represent organization in various industry events, conferences in the zone.
Candidate Profile:
- Over 15 years of experience in Banks, NBFCs, corporate treasury, FinTech's on corporate relationship management including 5 years in Supply Chain Finance.
- Experience of leading team of at least 6 multi location Corporate Relationship Managers.
- Post Graduate business management degree from a Reputed Management Institution/ College.
Candidates Competencies:
- Sound understanding of corporate sales processes such as relationship management, sales planning, managing senior stakeholders, know the customer etc.
- Ability to attract, lead and manage a high-performance team.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills, executive presence.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Growth aspirations/Entrepreneurial.
- Sound understanding of Supply Chain Finance and Working Capital products.
- Basic understanding of digital tools such as integration APIs, SFTP, ERPs etc.
- Proactive, dynamic, and solution-driven.
