Requisite:

Graduates with 7+ yrs of Experience in Managing the entire P&L for Zonal Business.

Willing to Travel 18-20 days in field . 8-10 days in remote location travel

- Responsible for Overall Growth Strategy in respective Zones looking after Business Development, Planning Budgeting, Stratergizing, Implementing, and Driving overall Performance of Product and Services.

- Constantly explore & develop new leads/markets to accelerate growth. Acquire & engage with Large Format pharmacies to Stand-alone smaller format Pharmacies providing the best possible support, and business development with an attitude to grow your market.

- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder Management- collaborations with HR for recruitment and onboarding, Operations, Tech, Training of new and existing employees, Distribution team to ensure smooth functioning of the Zone
