Designation: Zonal Head Sales
Reports to: Sheeting Sales
Required Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience, preferably in channel sales.
Required Qualification: Graduate with MBA from a good institute
Note: Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved is also acceptable

JOB DESCRIPTION
Zonal Head is responsible for growth of company's business and market share in a particular zone. He will also help in the planning, forecasting process and provide inputs for developing appropriate sales and marketing strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES
- Achieve targets in sales and realization; Regularly report progress to GM against plan
- Company's expansion to new products and geographies as per the growth strategy
- Manage collections and maintain DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) within target limits
- Provide district-wise sales forecast
- Creation of effective sales distribution network including selection of stockists/dealers based on agreed criteria.
- Expansion of stockist and sub-dealers network
- Training and development of Stockist Sales Team
- Planning and successful implementation of sales promotion activities
- Regularly hold sales meets and programs
- Remain aware of competitive landscape and innovative trends in the marketplace and apprise of the same
- Provide input on marketing campaigns
- Provide strategic advice to help identify key opportunities for market entry
- Attend industry events to build relationships with key industry heads.
- Leading and motivating team members
- Protect and promote company's brands
