Looking for candidate having experience in Warehouse and 3PL Sales domain .

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and enhance market penetration in the South region.

2. Lead and manage the sales team to drive performance, set goals, and ensure alignment with company objectives.

3. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the region and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

7. Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and business insights to senior management.

8. Implement sales processes, systems, and best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the sales team.

9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote brand awareness and foster business relationships.

10. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Professional Attributes:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

2. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the logistics industry, with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience.

3. Strong understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry, including knowledge of market dynamics, trends, and customer requirements.

4. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, drive performance, and achieve sales targets.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

6. Strategic thinker with analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.

7. Ability to travel within the South region and occasionally nationally as required.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other software.

9. Strong leadership qualities with a focus on integrity, accountability, and teamwork.
