Position Summary: Zonal Sales Head
- Express Vertical
Key Result Areas: Achieving exponential growth in Express Business of Respective Zones in terms of:
- Revenue
- Profitability
- Market Share
(Enhance market penetration & promote the capabilities and network of Future Supply Chain to customers/ Clients across sectors.)
Job Description: New Business Development:
- Signing of New Accounts (New Business Acquisition)
- Negotiate to Acquire Profitable Deal
- Contract Management (Ensure the all relevant clause are included)
- Designing Solutions and Creation of SOPs
Relationship Management:
- Revenue generation
- Customer-wise profitability
- Ensuring Timely Collections
- Implement the Designed Solutions
- Drive Relevant Customer facing FSC Processes (E-Billing etc)
- To create a Win - Win Relationship
Team Management and Development:
- To Acquire, Retain, Train and Motivate Sales Team to drive Performance
- Communicate and coordinate with Service Team and other internal departments to Ensure Service Levels are maintained
Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Domain Expertise
- Experience in Institutional sales.
- Customer Identification and knowledge / acquaintance with Key Decision Makers
- Good Network base in Industry
- Ability to Network closely with Local Operations Team.
- Understanding of Operational Costs and Revenue Models / Customer wise Profitability.
Reporting: (Directly and Functionally) Sales Head
Working Conditions: Office based frequent visits to Existing clients / new clients / DC’s and HO for meeting.
Required Experience: (For current Position)15 - 20+ years of experience
Required Qualification: Any Graduate / BE + MBA (Preferred)
Required CTC: Fixed + Variable Incentives
