Job Description - Lucrative job opportunity with one of the leading housing finance companies based out in Delhi/NCR.

Client Details: One of the fastest growing housing finance companies based out in Delhi/NCR.

Description:

- Managing business growth for Secured Loans for Mid ticket Size.

- ZM will manage the entire Northern India.

- Work on the sales productivity of the channel - RM / ASM and DSA

- The person would need to ensure that there is detailed productivity monitoring along with reasons and interventions.

- This would include setting up skill/product level interventions and working with credit and other functions to see where the barriers are currently.

- Reducing the credit rejects, improving the quality of sourcing, identifying segments to focus would be a part of his role.

- DSA engagement program - work on increasing the long tail DSA' s and increase our share in existing DSA's.

- This includes digital adoption by the channel partners for their sanction process.

- Manage the Secured Loan Finance retention program and work on clients who are moving to competition either because of pricing or additional requirements.

- Manage the collections and keep the quality of portfolio intact

Profile:

- Mentor and coach senior team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance and integrity

- Create environment for team to focus on automation and digital enablement to fulfill customer needs holistically

- Attract & retain best-in class talent to meet organization's rapid growth target

- Design a fulfilling customer journey leading to customer delight and making organization their financing partner of choice.

- Candidate with 8-12 yrs of Experience in Channel / DSA Business for Secured HL/LAP (Mid Ticket Size)
