Responsibilities :

- Responsible to handle a Team of Branch Managers, Area Managers, admin and logistics staff in West Region.

- Responsible for driving and achievement of top line Value and Volume budgets for Company Trade vertical in the assigned geography as above.

- Channel Management / Project Management and development both planning and execution through the team so that we have an effective channel infrastructure to achieve our set objective

- Touring in entire West markets to drive the execution at grass roots.

- Effective planning, management and utilization of sales promotion budgets to achieve the top line.

- Effective Debtor and Receivables Management to remain within the prescribed limits.

- Business development activities- meeting up with architects, builders & contractors.

- Team Management drive efficiencies, keep attrition under control
