I am looking out for a Zonal Sales Head-FMCG for Ghana with an MNC into FMCG.

Overview of the position
- The position is critical to steer the project execution mainly from support services point of view like Purchases, HR, Legal and also managing dependencies of the GM’s in plantations. The role is a leadership role which involves directing the team.
Position Responsibilities
- Drive project execution through focus on critical services like Purchases, HR, IT and F&A.
- Support and de-bottleneck issues at field level for the General Managers based in plantations.
- Flags issues for decision on support activities to Plantation Head.
- Manage and oversee process and control implementation.
- Establish a review mechanism with Country and Plantation Head.
- Interface with appropriate regulatory bodies for obtaining permissions, approvals, etc
Job Location - Ghana (West Africa)
Experience Required - 10-12 years
Qualification - Premier B school background mandatory.
