Zonal Sales Head (Building Product Division) (Regional Role)
- Prepare & plan implantation strategy to achieve the prepared Budget numbers.
- To design the Sales plan to increase the market share and implement the action plans
- To ensure high level of customer satisfaction by way of strategizing action plan to resolve the customer grievance.
- Advising and guiding the customers for optimum utilization of the products and to ensure customer delight.
- Collaborate with the builders architects and other construction related organizations to ensure concept selling of the products.
- Strategize develop and review various Sales plan, policies and practices.
- To develop sales strategy for sales growth in terms of revenue profitability and market share.
- Interprets short- and long-term effects on Sales strategies in operating profit.
