Position - Zonal Sales Head - North Reporting to - Business Head Industry - Large Building Material Listed Company - 2000 Cr. Location- Mumbai (HO) Job Responsibilities - 1. Plan, coordinate and direct field implementation of company's sales efforts by managing activities of the account executives, technical consultants to achieve the sales goals of the company 2. Assist in the formulation of strategic sales plans, tactics, budget including annual and five year plans Develop and maintain relationship with key accounts; identify customer issues and resolve sales related difficulties 3. Manage the performance of the sales team to meet individual, department and company sales goals and objectives including feedback on performance appraisals, recommendations for merit increases, career counseling, etc. 4. Works with other departments to drive marketing campaigns, preferred vendors, incentives, promotions, and rebate programs 5. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and communication with sales and marketing management Requirement : - We are looking for Zonal Heads for North. Need candidates from good pedigree and excellent analytical skills. - 6-8 years of overall work experience in Sales, Distribution Management, Capability Building, Sales Strategies Formulations &amp; large team handling.
