Job Overview:

- An astute and matured Team Leader to lead our Sales Teams in Hyderabad and other cities of AP. The person must have varied experience of over 15 years in various building material companies in South India.


- Should have a strong understanding of the building material market, dealing with premium products and handling channel management strategies.


- He will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing / sales strategies and create a brand image of the product.


- He will also optimize our channel management process and create an engaging retail experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Day to day management of the team, monitoring their daily movements and performance. Build a pipeline for the next 6 months, set ambitious targets for his team and help them achieve the tsrgets.


- Develop and execute marketing strategies for a higher market reach


- Oversee the channel management process in his states and ensure brand building


- Oversee the design and implementaion and execution of branding strategies


- Build relationships with "a" class customers and influencers like architect
