People Management at the Zone

- Prime responsibility is to drive the people agenda at Organization

- Lead development agenda for the zonal team

- Mentor and guide the leadership team at the SBU for attainment of set targets and on discipline, process compliance and adherence to company's rules and regulations

- Manage attrition in the zone, review manpower numbers and ensure capability building within the existing team

- Performance driver at the zone

- Conduct exceptional review to ensure adherence to laid down processes

- The Zonal Head will implement and drive a regional review mechanism to monitor performance

- He will intervene when SLA's are not being met to ensure performance Strategize, plan and review

- Ensure profitability targets in his zone are met and keep a tab on the early warning signals if any

- Exceptional reviews with the leadership team to ensure that OPEX is managed well as targeted with regards to Cost aspect and the credit losses

- Have a perspective to the external factors that would have an impact on the business and develop the overall strategy for the zone

- Visit the branches to get the ground level inputs for any development and initiatives to be driven to enhance the performance

OEM and Channel management :

- Maintain and build relationship with OEM, (HO and zonal offices both), all key channel partners, peer level at competitors

- Custodian of statutory, legal and compliance norms

- He will ensure compliance in his zone as per the audit norms laid down

- Prevent frauds in his zone

- Ensure the guidelines laid down are adhered to with regards to statutory and compliance to the zone

- Norms laid down by FPC, RBI related are followed in his zone

- Brand Ambassador

- Highest authority at the Zone for any escalation matrix

- People management

- Drive Performance

- Performance Reviewer

- Execute company strategy at the zone
