Zonal / Regional / Divisional HR Manager


Purpose:

- The Zonal HR Manager plays a very important role in enabling the alignment of field team with the expected business outcomes. This is an HRBP role that is responsible for approximately 150 retail outlets with around 600 employees.

Qualification: MBA/ Post Graduation in HR from a premiere Institute with very strong conceptual knowledge and depth

Reporting to : Head of HR-Retail

Role & Responsibilities:

- Based on store type, plan right head count for the right stores and ensure 100 % fill rate of manpower at stores through proactive low -cost sourcing and steady pipeline at all times.

- Based on store potential, right manning in terms of numbers and competence

- Play a critical role in ensuring all stores and field staff are productive as measured by profit per capita

- Deployment of critical HO driven interventions at the stores and fields

- Accountable for ensuring best-in-class customer service delivery through continuous L&D intervention

- Intelligent deployment and redeployment of personnel, seasonal hiring/ reduction of contractual staff - optimum usage of contractual staff

- Regular Engagement conversations with store and field staff. Propose ideas and reward and recognition schemes to the management to improve engagement scores.

- Ensure best-in-class induction to achieve the lowest "Time to fill" productivity of the new joiners.

- Ensure growth of store and field staff internally by constant upgradation of skills and readiness for higher roles
