- Deliver the renewal plan for the assigned portfolio
- Channel & Zonal Governance Management up to Branch & partner level including enhancers through various communication medium & visits.
- Create Awareness across Sales hierarchy on Persistency Drop Rates & build an model to drive the planned nos
- Governance with stakeholder on Persistency with distribution channel teams for respective Regions/Channels/ Branches.
- Highlight Sales hierarchy about top performing and bottom performing team and take their help in improving bottom branch performance
- Engage with Distributor & Unit Heads high due portfolio on regular intervals
- Tracking of all HNI cases for the zone and performance against the same with support of field team
- Communicate product benefits of renewal in a customized format to their environment. Also visit branches and partner locations to improvise Persistency.
- Servicing HNI customers with support of branch leadership team for quality service. Also, support the initiatives along with Branch teams for arresting lapsation and surrender.
- Improve Autopay Registration for renewals & also maximise successful collection through autopay
- People growth , Retention , Training Development & NPS - Nurturing talent of the team and developing them for managing multiple activities & next level roles & responsibilities , cross function engagement
- Training programs for improving Skills, Product & Process Knowledge for the team & stakeholders.
- Implement projects based on the learnings involving cross functional team members
