Zonal Operations Manager

- Set up and manage end to end Branch operations for all asset products for the city/location.

- Login and Disbursement file checks

- Quick and Detailed data entry of customer files

- Document management, scanning, storage and retrievals

- Query management and resolution with respect to Disbursements

- Disbursements and Disbursement reconciliations

- Management of OTC & PDD deliverables

- Ensure adherence to all Branch operations process in collaboration with other functions like sales, credit, customer service, collections.

- Ensure Branch is audit ready at all times with adherence to all critical parameters

- Coordinate for internal and external audits as and when required

- Administrative aspects of Branch Operations

- Branch customer service management for walk in customers

- Ensure process & people efficiencies of highest standards enhancing the customer experience
