1. Site Acquisition and Site Rollout as per Plan
- Identification of ATM Sites in line with the Specifications and Target for the Town
- Build the appropriate channel infrastructure and create the required site funnel to deliver on the monthly site acquisition plan
- Ensure that the acquired sites clear the company legal requirements and handover the same for deployment of ATM to the project team
2. Overall and Segment Wise Revenue Management and Site Profitability
- Ensure sharp execution of agreed marketing plans to maximise transaction revenue
- Ensure every site deployed reaches break-even in 6 months
- Work out a plan for enhancing the transaction from low revenue sites Else, plan for redeployment
- Responsible for site performance and be the key owner of low revenue site performance matrix
3. Competition Tracking
- Responsible for building a comprehensive understanding of competition across all business parameter
- Will be the go to person in the organization for understanding the competition landscape.
- Responsible for engaging with multiple stakeholder (internal and external) to update information on a periodic basis
4. Site Hygiene and Quality - Site Up Time & Audit scores
- Responsible for monitoring site hygiene, uptime and performance through periodic audits and checks
- Responsible for signing off on quality prior to site launch
- Support in resolution of local issues pertaining to site up-time
5. Channel partner engagement
- Would be responsible for Identifying Channel Partners for Sourcing & Filling Cash in our ATMs
- Monitor daily Cash Sourcing & filling efficiency of the Channel Partner network
