Designation : Zonal Marketing Manager – West (Mumbai, Rest of Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat)
- Responsible for all marketing & tele marketing activities and business generation of Zone
- Contributing approx 50% of the company’s total business
Accountabilities
- Preparing annual marketing plan and budget for the zone in alignment with the Zone’s sales targets.
- Collaboration between marketing, telemarketing and sales to derive maximum efficiency.
- Standardize the processes, reports, training, etc among all segments.
- Managing BTL activities, direct marketing, telemarketing and venue marketing to generate good qualities prospects.
- Developing strategic alliances and building key account relationships to maximize impact for budget.
- Identifying and promoting innovation for impact on both efficiency and budget.
- Creating and executing monthly plan and budget with regard to BTL activities to meet targets.
- Monitoring and analyzing the same to drive better efficiency.
- Evaluating the data and conversion funnel and identifying problems, drop offs and providing solutions to the same.
- Mentoring, motivating teams and rationalizing resources to meet targets.
- Developing event management agencies/vendor to derive superior quality and relevance in concepts, execution and manpower.
- Ensuring strict adherence to SOPs to minimize effort and monetary wastage.
