Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire Zonal Marketing Manager for Bangalore/Mumbai/Delhi/Hyderabad location

Key Responsibilities:

BTL Activities: Plan and execute below-the-line (BTL) activities such as wall painting, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, point-of-sale materials (POSM), and consumer activations.

Activations: Organize consumer and trade marketing activations to promote the brand.

Retail Visibility: Ensure timely and optimal placement of POSM and other visibility elements like posters and danglers in retail outlets.

Signages: Coordinate with local vendors to allocate space and ensure timely placement of signages.

Contractor Meets: Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute contractor meets as per the agreed calendar.

Central Marketing Collaboration: Work with the central marketing team to plan and execute activities aimed at enhancing brand recall and visibility in the managed markets.

Market Monitoring: Keep track of market trends and competitors' activities, and share reports with relevant stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively is crucial for this role.

Self-starting Approach: Proactive and self-motivated individuals are preferred.

Marketing Campaign Experience: In-depth experience in creating and executing memorable marketing and brand campaigns.

360-Degree Marketing: Proficiency in developing comprehensive marketing plans covering various channels and touchpoints.

Agency Handling: Strong exposure to managing and working with marketing agencies.

KPI Establishment: Ability to establish and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) for developing effective marketing solutions.

Educational Background: An ideal candidate would preferably hold an MBA degree and have 5-10 years of experience in trade and channel marketing.
