We are hiring for Zonal Manager West role for one of the leading company in Locks business industry based in Mumbai
Need experience in Consumer durable industry both from channel & modern trade sales.

Role summary:
Reporting to: - Category Head- Digital Locks India
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities and challenges:
- Implementing marketing/sales plan for Digital Lock products with strict focus on Top line(volume) across verticals of Retail, Projects and Home Automation segments
- Manage Go to market strategy for the category
- Planning and implementing new product launches and developing market for new and existing products
- Focus and drive Channel expansion across the region and guide the Zonal teams
- Design and execute trade promotional activities. Work closely with Retail Area Managers in such activations.
- Design and develop Consumer Promotional activities and provide support towards all brand activations
- Independently drive the Home Automation segment channel development with the team of Executives
- Work with the demand generation team of Retail Project Officers and help in the deployment of Demonstrators.
- Ensure productivity of Demand generation team with proper monitoring and review system
- Ensure World class buying experience is offered to the end consumers through best in class in shop demonstrations and experience
- Build Relationship with the key channel partners, Architects, HA partners
- Prepare & present reports on the category periodically. Provide support to the Category Head- Digital category
- Ensure that all marketing brochures and catalogues are up to date and shared among entities
- Analysing market for digital lock across India and keep a close watch on competition actions and ensure proper market intelligence
- Training the sales team in Digital Locks products
- Ensure the service function works properly in proper installation and complaint handling through the customer call center. Maintain zero tolerance for complaints and improper installations

- Passion towards Digital products and ability to work around products and customers
- Analytical & Presentation Skills
- Ability to work with Regional Managers and across verticals with superior interpersonal skills
Qualification Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical/Electronics/Civil)
- MBA preferred
- 8 to 15 Years relevant experience
