The Role exists to plan and execute strategies for development of pre-owned 2W business in Zone. The Role incumbent will be responsible for network expansion through channel appointment, operational excellence through tech platforms and ensuring penetration of growth drivers (finance, after-sales support etc.) to achieve business goals aligned to the overall organization/ zonal strategy. - Plan and drive strategies to digitally transform the exchange business by ensuring the seeding of WOT platforms to offer an organized exchange solution to the customers - Plan and drive expansion roadmap and ensure channel appointment and its activation for increasing touchpoints of "Hero Sure powered by Wheels of Trust" - Need Identification and facilitation for capability building of Pre-Owned 2W business in channel partners and deliver growth in volumes - Identify and ensure sales enablers, tech interventions, demand generation as per zonal requirement - Monitor product performance (Apps, Pricing Algorithm, Website & Portal) in the market and transform feedbacks into innovative solutions
