1. JOB PURPOSE

- To design and implement Knowledge Management campaigns & engage all employees with continuous learning initiatives & employee certification.
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Knowledge Management
- Product Training/Updates
- Sales Techniques
- Market Updates
KPI - Enhanced Productivity of Partners, Reduced instances of Miss –selling / Wrong selling.
2. IRDA Training
- Screening Prospects
- Documentation
- Examination & Licensing
KPI - Quality of Partners recruited / Business output, 100% adherence to IRDA regulations
3. Power Training
- Lead the change
- Case study writing
- Joint sales calls
KPI - Enhanced selling skills – Higher GWP with better quality of business
4. Business & Training Need Analysis
- Business Analysis
- Partner Engagement Analysis
- Awareness Campaigns
KPI - Proactive solutions to increase productivity, healthy portfolio mix, minimize Loss Ratios, Feedback Analysis, Measure & Demonstrate Training Effectiveness
3. DIMENSIONS
(List the significant numerical data which will reflect the scope and scale of activities concerning this job).
Financial Dimensions
(These should be quantifiable numerical amounts like annual budgets, project costs, annual revenue,purchase value etc.).
- 100 % attendance on all IRDA batches.
- 90% + passing ratio on IRDA examinations.
- 100% adherence to documentation and compliance to IRDA regulations.
Other Dimensions
(Indication of some of the significant volumes associated with the job like number in team/ staff handled etc).
- Zonal Training head to Trainers ratio not more than 6
4. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications and Experience
- Any bachelors degree with 70% average / an MBA(Marketing & Insurance)
- Any additional qualification on Insurance
- MS Office – Comfortable with MS Excel & various analytical functions
- Classroom Training ability, Instructional Design & Reasonably good working knowledge of Power Point
- Ability to analyze & interpret performance of various sales channels
- Minimum of 5 years in Training
- Minimum of 10+ years professional experience in total
