Position : Zonal Manager / Sr. Manager - HR
Location: Kolkatta (East)
Qualification : XLRI / MBA - Master's Degree (HR)
Preference: Male Candidates
Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition. Preference to candidates from an NBFC / BFSI background.
The HRM will be responsible for the entire HR activities in the assigned region with a focus on Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities / Functions:
- Recruitment / Talent Acquisition - Responsible to fill vacancies as per approved budgets for all critical positions - proactively maintain an adequate pipeline of candidates for critical positions - Vacancy closure as per TAT.
- Employee Orientation, Training & Development - To foster positive attitudes - Training to enhance capability - To understand their career aspirations & clarify expectations - To discuss career options in the organization - employee retention
- HR Operations - Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. - advice the management for an appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. Design Initiative to drive employee engagement and retention - conduct Rewards & Recognition Programmes - ensure record keeping and analytic feedback of employee footprint.
Skill Set:
- good oral & written communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge on MS applications such as Excel, Powerpoint, Visio
- Ability to analyze data from various sources and publish dashboards, reports/ presentations
- Ability to multitask
