Zonal Manager _SME Insurance Vertical
1. Good knowledge and experience in commercial SME insurance products (Property, Engineering, Marine, Group health, Group accident etc) through agency/broking firms.
2.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the assigned zone through brokers and agents.
3. Manage a team of brokers and agents to ensure they are meeting their individual targets and achieving their KPIs.
4. Conduct regular performance reviews with the brokers and agents to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training where necessary.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key brokers and agents within the assigned zone.
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry developments.
7. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
8. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
