Job Requirements:

- Experience in sales & marketing. Preference will be to people who have exposure in both Corporate as well as retail selling. Corporate sales experience is mandatory.

- Solid, demonstratable work experience and success credentials.

- Preference to people who have worked in complex sales structures, relationship-based selling, long-sales cycles.

- Outstanding ability to analyse sales trends, spot opportunities and excellent execution/planning skills are required.

Job Description:

- To handle a team of Account Managers & achieve the sales / revenue target from new clients

- Ensure Team timely collects all revenue from clients.

- To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.

- Interact regularly with Team & ensure performance.

- Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.
