Zonal Manager - Sales - Print Media

JOB SUMMARY

- The candidate will be responsible for planning monthly sales targets in line with his regional targets at the beginning of the year.

- He/she will need to develop a performance plan

- He/she will need to lead, coach and develop his/her team members managing product distribution in the zone to create a high performing team

- He/she will monitor and analyze sales information to develop sales and marketing strategies

- He/she will evolve vendor relationship to maximize revenue and drive readership.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Primary Responsibilities):

- Will be responsible for the business development.

- Will be responsible for managing team

- Will need to map the market for potential business.

- Will need to look at review progress of the team

- He will have to drive proper processes to ensure effective working of various members within the team, and also across various functions.

Salary Offered : 12-13 LPA
