We are looking Zonal Sales Manager for one of the leading Fertilizer company
Region : Tamil Nadu and Karnataka
Based at Bangalore
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. Agri is Mandatory, M. Sc preferable from B-Schools (like XIMB,SIBM, MANAGE, NIAM, IRMA Agri-Business Management Schools etc..)
Experience: 12-18 years of relevant experience
- Exposure in handling any agriculture-related products
- Exposure to rural market is important
- Exposure to local markets/geography
- Conversant with local languages
- Should have handled multiple products, large dealer network
Knowledge:
- Products, Features and Benefits (incl. competitors)
- Agriculture Industry (crops, crop pattern, soil conditions, monsoon, seasons, crop related diseases, irrigation facilities, Govt. supports etc)
- Agriculture Business (farmer economic conditions, investment, expenses, profit to farmers, loans, subsidy, DBT, ePOS sales etc)
- Company sales plan, policies & strategies
- Sales Management, Channel Management, People Management
