1. Home Loan and Mortgage experience of 10+ years with at least 3-4 years in affordable housing segment.
2. Planning & Execution : Plan and execute the business acquisition plan for the Zone.
3. Business Volume : Responsible for zonal sales targets along with growth and profitability of the portfolio for entire Zone
4. Monitoring- Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed.-Measure the productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action, leading to higher productivity/revenue per employee.
5. Continuously monitor, assess, anticipate and meet requirements of the field sales with respect to policy and process simplification to reinforce the product in the market.
6. New Branches - Responsible for setting up of new HUBs in line with management plan .
7. Develop Sourcing Channels - Explore and identify new sourcing avenues and channels to increase business volumes.
8. Quality - Responsible for the quality of business portfolio, work closely with risk & credit teams to take necessary corrective actions.
9. Conceptualize and develop business development activities to enhance business volumes.
10. Responsible for Collections of delinquent accounts and manage quality portfolio.
11. Ensure Low attrition levels.
