Zonal Manager - Pre-owned Car Sales
Our client is a reputed multi brand pre-owned car sales company. The client is looking for a Zonal Managers managing a group of State Managers to achieve the Zonal target.
The ideal candidate should have will to succeed in competitive environment, passionate about setting stiff targets and enjoy celebrating achievement.
Job Description
1. Increase Revenue and Sales Volume through State Managers
2. Improve Customer Satisfaction and References coming from Customer
3. Network Expansion i.e adding more franchisees outlets
4. Ensuring company processes are implemented at franchisees locations
5. Team Building & Development
6. Collecting franchisee fees from Franchisee
7. Motivating team for achieving the best performance
8. Budgeting , Monitoring & reporting Zone performance
9. Develop means to create Brand loyalties and Brand visibilities
The ideal candidate should have experience in managing network in auto industry preferably pre-owned car industry. Candidates from FMCG, Telecom, Tyre, Battery and any other industry where expansion of channel and achieving sales through channel is inviolved may apply for the position.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 12-15 yrs experience required.
The candidate should have good experience in Channel Management/ Franchisee Management. He should have handled 40+ franchisees.
