Role: Zonal Manager - Learning & Development
Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying training needs, in line with the top business priorities for the zone
- Designing individual training and development plans
- Planning, organising, and conducting training interventions
- Tracking training progress and measuring effectiveness
- Identification and development of in-house SMEs as trainers
- Driving completion of compliance training programs
- Developing training content, presentations, handouts, instructional materials etc.
- Administering the LMS & LXP platforms
- Preparing, maintaining, and analysing training MIS & dashboards
- Preferably, experienced in designing & delivering training for Frontline Sales
Skills/ Competencies:
- 8-12 years of work experience as an L&D professional, preferably in BFSI industry
- Proficiency in designing & delivering Behavioural & Soft-skills Trainings
- Willingness to work flexibly and openness to travel
- Proficiency in designing training presentations
- Expertise in using MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Teams)
- Abreast with latest learning technologies and methodologies
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Highly-skilled at training delivery and facilitation
- Deliver results with little supervision in a dynamic environment
- Team management experience for managing both direct & indirect reportees.
- Prior experience on talent development and organizational development interventions will be preferred.
- Certified Behavioural trainer
