Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Institutional Sales Team of South India & West India.
- Responsible for sales of Textile
- Developing existing clients, generating new Corporate & Government clients.
- Attends self & team generated sales appointments with clients and built a data base of potential future clients.
- To handle all end-to-end B2B sales process.
- Taking ownership of all sales operations in the designated regions.
- To plan Marketing Strategies, Conducting Corporate Promotions, Events, Stalls activities, Offer mailers & other BTL
activities to achieve sales target.
- Developing distributor channel for corporate gifting.
- Handle key accounts, stakeholders and client segments, while maintaining a continuous healthy relationship with partners.
- Business forecasting -anticipation of happenings in advance for proper planning and
- accurate business forecast.
Institutional Sales Operations/ Product Management:
- Knowledge of managing complete Sales operations with a key focus on the top-line and bottom-line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of available resources.
- Conceptualizing & implementing competent strategies to penetrate new accounts; expand existing ones for a wide range of products.
- Devising & implementing strategies for product launches to ensure proper positioning in the marketplace.
- Establishing product pricing, sales, and revenue targets and performance reviews; driving business growth & ROI.
Client Relationship Management:
- Identifying and networking with prospective clients, monitoring existing key accounts, conducting profitability analysis, rendering sustained advisory services for securing high ROI, and increasing retention levels.
- Delivering Customer Experience by assessing customer journey maps and expectations, benchmarking practices (internal and external) for new business models.
Business Development/Sales/Channel Management:
- Establishing strategic alliances/tie-ups with financially strong & reliable partners, resulting in deeper market penetration
- Monitoring Institutional sales & marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of revenue and collection.
- Increasing revenue & pipeline growth through strategic sales solutions, analytics & channel partner alliances.
- Representing the organization at industry events; leading enterprise-level sales opportunities & coordinating teams for large accounts.
- Mentored a team of ASM & RSM
- Collaborated with marketing & operational team for timely planning & execution of all the marketing-based activity to achieve the AOP.
- Served as decision-making authority for formulating sales through analyzing various competitor pricing and formulating pricing strategies, product mix discounts, and special combination values.
