Required Skills :
- Planning, implementing and monitoring all Sales, Logistics and Commercial Functional inefficiencies for desired realization within the assigned territory, particularly providing an annual drive-plan for the whole territory.
- Sales budgeting, Distribution planning, Manpower planning and team development by sales training and capability enhancement of sales force.
- Planning and execution of the sales and distribution strategy for the region. Launching new products and formulate strategy for its growth
- Sales promotion & product promotion activities across the cluster.
- Should be responsible for three Sales functions Traditional Trade, Modern Trade.
- Planning and execution of Trade Activation initiatives as like Sampling, In Shop Merchandising and Retail and Modern Trade Activation.
- Responsible for formulation, budgeting, managing and achieving sales targets and budgets.
- Analyze & Review the territorial achievements and respective growths on a timely basis to define the benchmarks and course corrections.
- To Plan, Allocate & Monitor Budgets for Events/Promotions, Signage & Merchandising for support in Business development initiatives.
- Scheme formulation within budgeted parameters and execution of the same in the market
- Instrumental in scaling up business, should be good in planning and execution.
- Previous experience of handling volumes and large businesses is must.
- Responsible for ROI of region
- People leadership, Process orientation and resource management.
