Position : Zonal Manager HR - West
Location : Mumbai
The Zonal Manager HR will be responsible for entire gamut of HR operations for the State.
Key Responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the Organization.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process. He will Collaborate with various unit / functional heads on a regular basis and close the open positions with-in the TAT.
- Managing Employee life cycle in an efficient manner to enhance employee experience.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Qualification and Experience :
- Full time MBA /PGDBM (HR) from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institutes.
- Around 9 to 11 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Exposure to NBFC/BFSI Industry will be an added advantage.
Attributes :
- Experience in Project management of Recruitment tools, Competency frameworks, Applicant tracking systems and SAP / Any other Recruitment platform preferred.
- Subject matter expertise in the areas of Talent Attraction, Competency based Assessments and Selection at all levels.
- Ability to multitask.
- Good verbal and written communication.
