Education: Full Time MBA from Premium Institute

Sector Exposure : Financial Services, Bank, Insurance, Retail, Consumer Durable

Experience: Min 3+ Yrs of experience (Mandatory Experience of handling various Region)

Requisites :

- Should be from a good business school and should be in a Regional/ Zonal HR role wherein he/she is responsible for process orientation, structured organization, end to end HR Practices, performance enablement, reward & recognition, HR communication etc.

- The incumbent should have a good pedigree (good academic scores) - MBA from good B School, excellent communication skills, conceptual ability etc).

- Should be currently working in an organization known for good people practices preferably in a sales intensive industry.

- Male preferred

- Should be willing to join in 30 days time
