Zonal Manager-HR, Mumbai
Job Description:
- Build partnerships with management; identify and implement strategic solutions related to employee value propositions that support the current and future needs of the business.
- Strategizing and managing the staffing plan with focus on cost, cycle time, and budgeted v/s actual and sourcing mix metrics.
- Driving Talent Management through assessment, evaluation, and implementation of proper development plan. Identifying second line of managers for critical positions and support line in grooming them through various career development counseling sessions.
- Employee Connect, Employee Engagement, CSR
- Partnering with the leadership team to understand business priorities and developing & executing innovative business partnering solutions to facilitate the same
- Develop innovative recruitment tools and diversify sourcing base for hiring candidates as per the specified TATs.
- Work along with training team to develop training plan and strategy based on training need assessment.
- Collate and develop goal sheets based on performance targets for all the divisions in the zone.
- Effectively handle Annual Compensation revision & mid - term promotion / revision exercise for the zone.
- Coordinate with HR operation process team for employee query resolution to issues relating to on boarding, payroll, PF, gratuity, leave encashment, exit, etc. for the employees of all the zones.
- Interact with line managers to understand HR issues and handle critical employee grievances.
- Work closely with concerned HR Partners in implementing HR plans for the Business divisions in the zone.
- Meet manpower plan in synchronization with business growth projections.

- High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Full time management degree with specialization in HR
- 8-10 years of hands on experience
