Position: Zonal Manager-HRBP
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Business to drive and align with organization business plan. Implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the Corporate HR to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Drive all HR projects closely with business team covering employee engagement, performance management, organizational design, talent management, policy and process review.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the Corporate HR to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Provides guidance and input on department restructures, manpower planning and succession planning.
- Resolve employee issues/queries and address grievances. Conduct thorough investigations where required.
- Partnering with line management and employees to enhance employee engagement.
Qualification and Experience:
- Full time MBA/PGDBM HR from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institutes
- Around 10 to 12 years of relevant experience, with minimum around 7 years in broad range of human resource domains TA and Retentions and HRBP.
- Prior work experience in NBFC/BFSI sector is preferred.

- Extensive Experience in Talent Acquisition, Project Management, Analytics, Manpower Management Compensation, Organization Development.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical and analytical thinking
- Extensive experience in broad range of human resource domains including Talent Acquisition, Project Management, Analytics, Manpower Management compensation, organization development.
- Should have partnered with business in prior work experience and demonstrated ability to implement talent acquisition/talent management and retention measures
- Solid track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask
- Good verbal and written communication
