Designation: Zonal Head

Location: Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Would be responsible for the sales budget utilisation effectively.

- Accountable for the sales growth/category growth and revenue generation for the zones.

- Innovative activation plan for the zone to achieve the desired result.

- Would be responsible for the effective implementation of the “Perfect Store” concept in the respective zone.

- Planning & Execution of new product launch & development.

- Increasing Market Share & SOS growth for both zones with innovative activation planning & execution.

- Revenue generation for the zone as per the policy.

- Ensuring the availability & visibility at all the outlets through his line reportees.

- Handling the Category Management with regional chains.

- New Store linking & listing through line reportees.

- Sales analysis and discussion with category managers.

- Planning Visibilities and handling promotional Budgets at Zonal level Accounts.

- Ensuring brand-wise growth every year in the Zone assigned

- Maintain and increase the business through various activation and consumer promotions

- Recruitment & developing team members.

- Sales forecast SKU wise for stocks arrangements

- Zonal budgeting & Utilization in consultation with NSM.

- Approving authority for recruitment of stockiest.

Qualifications: Graduate (any discipline) with MBA/PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing/Business Management.

Experience Band:

- Min. 5-6 years prior experience in MTO sales in a reputed FMCG company, preferably in the Home and Personal Care segment.

- Must have handled MTO sales for 2 to 3 states

Functional Competencies Required

- Excellent analyzing skills. Analyzing data (Nuts and Bolts approach) & action plan.

- Sales Management, Planning and Operational Skills

- Merchandising Skills - both paid and unpaid visibility

- Qualitative and Quantitative Problem Solving Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
