Zonal Manager - Credit Analysis - Home Loans & Mortgage Segment - BFSI

Reporting to National Credit Head, You will be responsible for-

1. Co-partner with business team to achieve projected business targets.

2. Lead a team of credit approvers to ensure building quality portfolio and manage delinquencies.

3. Manage end to end credit approval and disbursement process at HUB region within given Turnaround time (TAT).

4. Co-ordinate with the recoveries team and generate business insights.

5. Responsible for fraud management, Retail Legal and Technical to mitigate risk activities.

6. Develop, review and institutionalize credit appraisal process and policies

7. Engage in development, implementation, review and monitoring of various credit programs and providing training and coaching to continuously upgrade the competency of the team members across levels.

8. Work closely with recoveries and analytics team to generate business insights.

9. Monitors and control the performance of loan portfolio especially high ticket loans.

10. Manage credit appraisal and allied costs within allocated budget for Zone.

11. Submits monthly credit statistics and reports to National Head - Credit.

CA with 12+ years work experience only apply and who have managed West zone for retail home loans and mortgages with any Bank/ NBFC or Housing Finance company only apply.
