Role: Zonal Manager - North India Headquarter: New Delhi, India Experience: 15-20 Years Educational Qualification: Full Time MBA is Mandatory from TIER 1 Institutes Key Job Responsibilities: - Expansion of Sales Distribution Infrastructure for the Region, by selection and appointment of new & special channel partners in the zone. - Study sales potential of each area and work out sales targets for teams accordingly. - Regularly monitor achievement of monthly sales level targets, productivity of sales team and take corrective action where required. - Regularly review and monitor the sales performance, activities done, discounts given. - Ensure adherence and compliance to all Commercial and CFA operations of the respective zone. - Review CFA performance as well as the appointment of new CFAs in the zone. - Evaluate market trends and conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves. - Develop BTL plan in conjunction with Marketing Team for the zone to build customer preference and drive volumes through dealer / distributor network. Preferred Candidate: - Candidates currently from Auto Lubricants / Auto Battery / Decorative Paints / Auto Spare Parts / FMCG responsible for Sales Operations in 2 or more states can apply - Exposure to North region markets is mandatory - CTC Budget is Max INR 40 Lakhs per annum all inclusive
