Zonal Manager - Commercial Finance - CA

Location: Gurgaon

JOB SUMMARY :

This position will be responsible for value protection & creation across zonal Sales operations [O2C cycle] through business insights, efficiency drive and enabled control.

ZFM's deliverables include :

1. Core Control, Compliance and books

2. Drive Financial performance of Zone

3. Lead/assist HO/Zone driven projects

4. People development and engagements at zone

KEY PERFORMANCE INDEX:

- Quality and accuracy in books and reports

- Zone performance against KPI

- Compliances of Internal control and statutory compliances at zone

- Unit team's understanding on KPI, compliances and controls

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Accounting & Internal Control

- Receivables Management

- Compliance

- People Management

QUALIFICATION:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with Min. 12-16 years' experience with at least 5-7 years' experience in Sales Finance.
