Area Sales Manager - 2012 Batch only

Experience : 2-4 yrs

Educational Background : Post Graduation - Full time MBA from Tier 1 Management Institutes.

Industry : Should be from reputed MNC in FMCG / Food Processing.

Location : Gurgaon (Corporate Office)

Job Responsibilities -

1. Works closely with sales manager to implement annual/quarterly sales plan and necessary changes required to achieve objectives.

2. Meets or exceeds established sales goals through the implementation of sales activities.

3. Establishes team and individual sales goals and provides effective coaching of sales representatives to consistently improve their performance.

Skills - Team management, Relevant Sales Experience, Sales Acumen, Working with a good FMCG organization .Worked in the Same Geography preferred.Strong Customer Relationship Management Capability, People Management Skills, Team Development, Sales Delivery
