- Partnering with Zonal Heads to identify the current and future needs of TA
- To ensure continuous flow of competent talent in the zone
- Ensuring robust utilisation of multiple sourcing channels and reviewing its effectiveness periodically
- Meet the headcount plan in sync with Business requirements for the zone
- Evaluate sourcing mix and adopt appropriate strategy for the Zone
- Reviewing and providing periodic feedback to the team and driving them towards consistent delivery
