Zonal Lead/Manager - Talent Acquisition - NBFC - West

The position is with reputed NBFC and they are looking for Lead & Manager - TA

Zonal Lead West - TA

- Partnering with Zonal Heads to identify the current and future needs

- To ensure continuous flow of competent talent in the zone

- Ensuring robust utilization of multiple sourcing channels and reviewing its effectiveness periodically

- Meet the headcount plan in sync with Business requirements for the zone

- Evaluate sourcing mix and adopt appropriate strategy for the Zone

- Reviewing and providing periodic feedback to the team and driving them towards consistent delivery

- Based in Mumbai

- Budget: Open

TA Manager:

- Partnering with Regional Heads for the hiring needs

- Execute the sourcing channels to get the candidates for interviews

- Scheduling the interviews/ walkins / etc

- Adhere to the TAT for getting candidates on board

- Conduct screening, testing, preliminary interviewing with the potential candidates

- Ensure closure of offers, salary negotiations, of the selected candidates

- Conducting Exit interviews
