Zonal Lead Manager - Process Excellence/Projects - BFSI

Primary & Secondary Responsibilities:

- Manages and mentors a team of Distribution Associates by training, coaching, hand holding and equipping them to manage day-to-day activities to execute client side delivery. The Distribution Associates would further have a set of Micro-Entrepreneurs as part of the project and may vary project-to-project.

- Motivates, engages, reviews and manages day-to-day operations of the client side projects to ensure effective target-based and quality delivery.

- Conduct timely performance reviews, assessments, cost/benefit analysis, and other operational strategic checks - maintain and re-review the tracks for effectiveness

- Identify opportunities for improvement, recommend possible training opportunities for the team, actively participate in their working to share inputs and provide feedback and support.

- Analyze and improve organizational processes and workflows, quick implementation of changes and best practices & review them periodically to fix any gaps further.

- Prepares monthly targets by estimating necessities in manpower and supporting functions, ensuring productivity and correcting overspending, analyzing cost variance, and scheduling expenses.

- Manages product setups for ongoing and new projects by automating and simplifying processes through tech interventions ensuring scalable execution.

- Collaborate with client facing teams and ensure smooth execution through proper planning, and quality delivery of the projects ensuring maximum productivity and revenue with optimized costs

- Ensures client and company goals are met by adhering to service level compliances and quality standards
