About the job Zonal Influencer Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
- The Zonal Influencer Manager will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth by building and managing strong relationships with key influencers within the building materials industry.
- These influencers include architects, contractors, builders, and interior designers across the assigned zone.
- The ideal candidate will leverage their market expertise to develop targeted campaigns that position the company's products as the preferred choice among influencers and end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Relationship Management

Reporting & KPIs:
- Influencer Management
- Handling team of 7-10 TMOs (Mixed profiles)
- Responsible for achieving monthly business generation plan of all TMOs at the individual level
- Plan and Implement training programs for DGA's/TMO on Products, Schemes, Skill Developments, Consumer Pitching & Contractor Handling, etc.
- Daily operational Reporting of TMOs on their plan vs achievement KPI and guide them to take corrective action wherever required.
- Driving Loyalty by handling different categories of Influencers through the TMO/DGA team
- Ensure TMO-wise monthly Contractor Participation as per the target
- New Product Launch/Go-to-market plan execution at Painters/Contractor Point.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's / master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in influencer management, sales, or marketing within the building materials, construction, or real estate industries.
- Strong network within the building materials and construction ecosystem, including architects, contractors, and builders.
