1. Implementing HR policies and adherance of corporate work discipline within the zonal areas.
2. Conceptualizing and implementing new employee engagement initiatives to facilitate high employee motivation, performance, and retention.
3. Adherance of business policy frameworks for field manpower resource optimization and high productivity (Agility with Discipline).
4. Talent acquisition from creative sources with the support of Central Recruitment Cell and utilizing best recruitment practices to build an effective field workforce including BOP Manpower.
5. On-boarding and high engagement of new hires at Zonal levels including GETs in their first year within the organization.
6. Facilitation and managing of zonal performance appraisal and review processes in a highly objective, consistent & fair manner.
7. Developing organizational capability through effective development contracts built and executed in joint accountability with line business.
8. Enhancing the employee perception scores by increasing team engagement at regional/zonal levels and developing strong rigor of closed-loop feedback through action planning (ESI/Q12)
9. Facilitate all HR programs including Goalsetting, Communication Platforms, etc at respective Zonal and AO's levels
10. Implementation of various Change management initiatives viz: RISE, Innovation, and Customer Sensitivity.
11. Building strong internal and external network to identify opportunities for rationalization, synergy and business efficiencies.
12. Drive fun element at the workplace through structured and regular Fun@ Workplace initiatives by leveraging on employee creativity and partnership.
13. Maintain labor compliance at each state level within the zone and manage documentation of all types of manpower functioning within the field (permanent, contracted, staff, trainees, and interns)
