- Accountable for the performance and results of HR Business Partnering, Training & Development functions in the zone.
- Designs, implements and monitors human resource plans, programs and initiatives.
- Accountable for the budget & performance of team members.
Desired Profile:
- Masters in HR with 10-15 years of relevant experience in HR Partnering / HR generalist and specialist roles including training and development.
