Zonal HR - North
- Ensure compliance with the HR policies and procedures in the designated zones as mandated by the senior management
- Coordinate with the zonal business managers over all HR processes to ensure smooth functioning of business
- Conduct surprise checks at area level to ensure all stipulated measures are being implemented to prevent HR lapses
- Ensure compliance with PMS guidelines and timelines in the zones
- Collaborate with business to identify training needs
- Co-ordinate with central Talent Management team for organize training programs
- Implement HR processes and follow-up on compliance with HR policies in the zones
- Ensure execution of HR processes within stipulated budget
- Oversee and ensure harmonious employee relations in zones in coordination with Head - Employee Relations
- Implement and follow-up on compliance with policies related to employee relations in the zones
- Liaise with zonal business managers to address grievances and highlight critical issues to the management
