Position : Zonal HR Manager for South India

Candidate Profile : MBA (premier B-School) 2011-2014 batch pass-out strongly desirable, i.e. 1-3 years experience in a similar or related role in FMCG, Pharma, Auto, Telecom, Durables, or related Industry. Experience for handling or strong exposure to Plant/ Sales IT is highly desirable.
Job Summary :
- The role holder is accountable for acting as the primary HR interface with the business, contracting with COE and other HR colleagues around and taking ultimate accountability for HR's effective delivery to the zone.
- The role works primarily with the zonal business team, managing the HR relationship with the business area and challenging, supporting and adding value to the business in pursuit of their objectives and strategy.
- The role also has a critical role to play in terms of undertaking - Delivery Expert- as well as a - Risk and Control- type activities
- It is responsible for end to end HR for 500 employees, including (but not limited to) People Strategy & Talent Acquisition, Performance & Talent Management, Industrial & Employee Relations, etc.
