Job Title : Zonal HR Manager-North & East

Reports to : VP HR(Corporate)
Job Description :
MBA with 4 - 6 years of experience in HR (Sales) with good problem solving skills and drive to succeed with a focus on execution.
- Aligning HR and business strategy at the zone.
- Manage Stakeholder relationships at the business leadership team of the zone.
- Drive the business and people strategy by identifying issues and trends, and initiating projects across the full spectrum of HR activity; measure success and value to the business
- Implement people strategies that support the business in attracting, selecting and retaining an appropriate quality of staff across all business operations
- Ensure continuous alignment back in with HR BP and COEs.
- Working closely with HR BP and the COEs, oversee non-standard people matters, e.g. relating to escalated disciplinary, grievances, complaints or other significant (e.g. business-wide) employment issues within the business area
- Talent: build the talent bench strength across all business areas, and facilitate leadership discussions on talent
- Active engagement with the Sales teams and other Zonal employees to understand the climate at the Zones and pro-actively identifying issues to be addressed. This would include monthly fieldwork, holding monthly HR round tables etc.
